As the title says I have to sign in twice.  First time round it says you are now signed in but my name and the logos dont not show up in the top right. On the second time round there is a: sorry you don't have permission for that, but my name than appears at the top right and I'm signed in??

Anybody else have this problem?

Reset your cookie history.

This software does some weird stuff with cookies.

IE:

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del
  2. Select "Cookies and Website Data"

  3. Press Delete

Chrome:

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del
  2. Select "Delete Cookies and Other Site Data"

  3. Press Clear Browsing Data

If you are using a different browser, google how to clear your cookies

If you are using a Mac... get a PC :P, or as above

Let me know if it still doesn't work

Andrew :)

You don't have multiple logins do you...?

Chrome does some weird stuff with this software.

Try resetting full history, temp files, cookies & history.

Oh, and don't have the PCS site open when you do it, do it on google.com or something

Then close the browser and re-open

Haha, Anka's out $10

Lucky its tax season :P

To fix this issue with the Wife and her being 'non the wiser about what you have done'.

Install Firefox, then right click on the Icon > properties. Then go to Change Icon and find the 'Chrome' icon and replace it.

Then when she opens 'Chrome' she is actaully opening another browser. Muh ha ha ha...

Maybe after about 2 weeks, confess your darstadly deeds and then she will realise that Chrome is not the only browser that is actaully good.
