This is a good day out open to all.Past days have been enjoyable

I'm not sure how many plants of interest I will have, but I'd been keen to come along too. Cheers

I have to move my 6x30 that's been running for nearly 15years so some bits and pieces will be made available, if I can't make it, i'll pass them on to someone else.
Cypts, Aponogetons (including some of my hybrids), and other non-stemmed varieties.

So you don't feel bad, maybe buy one or two half decent plants from your LFS and bring them with you?

Just an idea.

Weve nearly alwasy had someone with no plants come along.
Keep in mind that many of the plants are ones you wont see in your LFS and many will require high light, CO2 and ferts.
But there is nearly always some easier to keep plants there. All we ask is that you dont take the last piece of glosso if you have a low light tank with malawis as the plants just wont survive. smile.gif

Hi Everyone,

Unfortunately I am going overseas a couple of days before the plant swap, so I will not be able to make it. Otherwise it would have been great to come along, swap plants and meet a few other plant enthusiasts.

Hey Dave could you be my proxy to take a whole bunch of my plants along for me? I am happy to donate a whole batch, and then people like muscle-man who don't have much to swap can help themselves. I should be able to contribute a mountain of glosso, Hygro polysperma, Rotala (roundifolia and mac), hair grass etc. Maybe some Blyxa too as it has seemed to have had a growth spurt recently.

Cheers,
Mark.

No worries Mark, I am happy to come over before you head off and pick the plants up. I'll give you a call soon, and I'm sure we'll catch up before then anyway.
Cheers
Dave

I'll be there. Hopefully some of my smallish collection of plants will have increased to the point of dividability by then.

I have a 7 foot, 1000 litre planted tank to fill... If anyone has a baby Radicans sword I'm very keen!
