Hey all,
Just wanted to find out which of the Cryptoheros species are available in Perth.
I've been setting up some 140L 36'×15'×18' tanks and I am hoping to get ×6 juveniles to eventually get myself a Pr. In my rare and random visits to shops in the distant past have allowed me to see some Sajica, Spilurus and Septemberfasciatus. What about the rest of them (myrnae and more specifically Nanoluteus).
Are these still around in hobby. I know they aren't importable but they aren't on the grey list either.
Cheers for any info.

The Eyes Have It.

There is something on the eye of one of the Keyhole Cichlids I have.
The tanks parameters 30'×12'×12 , pH 6.8, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 20ppm. Unknown ammonia level (I need to replace the kit). The temperature is 25°.
The blemish is on the cornea and is colored from off white through to early 80's NZ ODI uniform color, it looks like it would be solid to the touch.
Apologies for the poor quality photos. Getting these took time as the fish would always try to view me with its left eye, which is understandable.
Cheers for any and all advice.

Hey All,
I'm looking for 40kg of 1-2mm and 20kg of 4-5mm black gravel and 36" fluoro tubes (Growlux et al.) Where in Perth is the best place to get them?
I'm happy to buy from a person or store. My current gravel came from Morley and am happy to head back if no other suggestions are forth coming.
