So I was over in Canning Vale and I popped into Kambo's on Ranford rd.

I know there has been the odd post about this tank but it's well worth a look. It looks to be about 25 x 8 x4 , at a guess.

The only tank I know of in Perth that's bigger than this is AQWA. Glass/perspex is about 2 inches thick.

It wasn't the greatest to try photograph, as only one light was on. AFter about 10 minutes they turned that off too, but it was nearly closing time. Reflection from the shop was strong too, but I though I'd try give you some idea if you haven't seen it

The fish range up to maybe 20 inches long, and there are greeblies too. It was pretty cool watching a few of them come in so the cleaner fish could work them over, though I have NFI if he would find anything in there.

If you haven't seen it, go and look. Really.

Just thought I'd take a few pix with the nifty so you marine guys can drool:) Please excuse grain and shop light reflections.

Couldn't get back enough to get the whole thing in so here's half

Makes me a little sad to see a tank like this that was a commercially viable asset now moth balled.  It obviously made sense to some one when it was installed whether it was the shop or the distributer.  Does any one know what happened to the live stock in the tank when it was shut down?

I remember a time when every GP and Dentist had a tank in the waiting room to calm and comfort their patients, now its about financial cost and minimising overheads
