The price of freight is way overboard at the moment. Just keep that in mind.
Let me know price and freight cost, I might be interested.

Why does one consistently see posts about the lack of quality of fish in WA,  WA has a minority... actually a majority of conservative dreamers that expect quality for nothing and are afraid to cull but happily breed and sell utter tripe . When the opportunity arises and a reputable breeder offers some quality from over east , most of on these forums duck for cover. I refer to them as tyre kickers.

I am always happy to cull, actually I would happily cull a whole batch of fry if they were garbage than make money from them.
I have never been in the hobby to make money.
Maybe people duck for cover becuase the price of freight is so ridiculous at the moment people can't justify paying the extra.
And maybe, just maybe some of us like to support the LFS, I would much rather buy from Aquotix, Vebas or Midland than risk my coin on someone over East who may take my money and run.
And on top of freight charges, there is DAFF charges and they might be cranky on the day and decide they don't want to release my shipment.
Or...... Some of us can't get the time off work to get to the airport on time ;)
When I did work in the aquarium trade I looked for posts like this and contacted the person to say I could get or have them etc

Yea sure I'll go in on group buy if I can't get what I'm looking for here, but why not try here first?
I know Chewere were here, I got them across here about 4yrs ago, so maybe someone might still be breeding them :)

Anyhoooooooooooo, it would be interesting to see if any were still here.

I agree with you Moses, might be a good topic to get some ppl looking for some species that they can't find.

wow this thread quickly changed...az looking for chewere to now issues about quality.

ok i will go with the flow...i dont have any problem paying top $ for a fish if its quality and i dont have a problem paying for shipping from anywhere as long as they are quality and what they are meant to be.

i have shiped from tassie before to get what i want...which brings me to the reason i am trying to buy from queensland is because i cant find what i want in perth...so i shouldnt have said anything about the price of mdoka here and more about the

quantity...once again sorry az for the thread swinging away from you looking for your fish.

Dazza had some a few years back, I had a colony going as well.

We have been getting plenty of nice flavus, but only around 4cm. Not sure if any left atm, but will get more in the near future. Should not be too hard to find around. I will check tomorrow. Usually $14.50 less pcs disc.
