Very well looked after now.

Great to see the fish has gone to a good home. It also shows that you can teach an old fish new tricks. In terms of eating frozen foods and pellets, was only fed live for many many years was my understanding. I think the change in environment would have helped this but obviously some smarts from the keeper has surely come into play.

I certainly did own this fish - was a terror, bit quite a few fish clean in half. Not sure how it did it with those raspy teeth but it did. Very old fish. I bought it from Vebas (for $450, not sure how i remember this) when Harry owned the store, I was about 15-16 at the time (am now 30). The fish was about 40-45cm at the time so maybe about a year old. So this fish is about 15 odd years old, not bad for an aquarium fish.
