As far as I know Matt has nothing to do with Geoff's business. They had the same name but Geoff bought out all the rights to Fish & Stuff Balcatta, hence why he was then able to move & change the business name just before he went under.

For those who want to know Matt's store is WA Pet Supplies in Clarkson, but as I say, as far as I know, he has no link with Geoff as of before Geoff moved to Innaloo. WA Pets is growing steadily, was in there yesterday. Got some nice Aceii Blue's & Feno's.

Yep usually get more that way too as it's amazing how the value of the fish you traded 'decreases' as a shop sells off all the biggest and most coloured ones.

I trade to shops to get spirulina flakes mainly.
Not exciting I know but I like to feed / hate to buy.

Smart move... if you can make your hobby as self-sufficient as possible it means that what :"pocket-money" we have free after all the bills can go on fun stuff... like more fish. & the trade-in credits buys all the staples to keep those fish happy & well-fed. Or at times I'll trade for cash to pay for some of the power bill for example. Basically if you can get to the point where the hobby is paying for a chunk of itself you're laughing! smile.gif
