Have you selected to correct timezone within the board settings? It can be found on the lower left when you click on "My Controls". We are GMT + 8:00.

I'm still 12 minutes out.. or is that the time diff between NOR and SOR?

LOL there's no diff between North & South 
Our host server is the issue. The time slowly creeps away from the correct time. They correct it every so often (I don't have access to do it myself).
