If you want to buy baby bream try Dennis from Fremantle Oceanfarm, they used to breed bream and sell the juvies to farmers for stocking their dams, that was about 10 years ago when he mentioned it to me when he used to deliver salt water to my house for my marine tank, so not sure if they still do them, but Id if they dont maybe he can put you onto someone who does.
