Tandanus. Head is too wide for a Neo and I can see the fin on the tail going just about the whole way up the tail unlike Neos. Colouring also looks too brown. Neo species generally have a thin head and the fin on the tail only goes partly up the back.

I lean towards that opinion but as MM said side profile easier for a more positive id.
