In light of my recent purchase i been wondering what have you bought recently and spoiled yourself.

I bought myself a brand new bowling ball. I got myself a Roto Grip Defiant Soul. It is a very nice ball. Cant wait to get it drilled and use it next week.

If I was saving my coin I'd be buying something better than a Hyosung, especially now that we have LAMS but each to their own.

Pfffft, Isa Brown!
I spent too long as a PCS Club Member, the anti hybrid attitude is ingrained into me tongue.gif

I got a mix, favourite is Silver Laced Wyandotte atm, also got
Gold Laced Wyandotte, Gold Laced Blue Wyandotte, Australorp, Rhode Island Red, Plymouth Rock, Welsummer, Barnvelder, Light Sussex and Pekin.

The pictured one is a Barnevelder
Here is the Silver Laced

Eggs and Pets. Mentioning eating gets me in big trouble every time!

Apparently Pekin Ducks make great pets, they can even be indoor pets.

Andrew, having kept a lot of ducks in the past, I have 3 observations...

a) Ducks are way cooler than chickens

cool.gif Both their eggs and themselves are tastier than chickens.

c) If you think you can keep ducks in a house, I really don't want to visit.

A clue to my splurge of the week.

Some nice choices there Andy. My dad use to show a lot of them breeds, i use to love going around to a lot of the country shows with him back in SA. A good egg laying breed is the Ancona, they lay regularly and produce a large egg. Good luck with them but don't get to clucky.

Ha, been there, done that!
Then you call the ATO to reference it and they dont accept CCH references anymore, you have to rely on their website... which is free rolleyes.gif

Shoulda gone the game birds, they are way cooler. Although my old landlord had 17 different colours of Wyandot. And ducks are cool but huge waste produces.

Bought this a week or so ago.
Mainly for firewood but always handy to have I guess.
Looking forward to getting out in the bush (with a permit of course) on a Sunday morning and loading it up.
