Meeting was fun, Will definatly be attending more often

shame i couldnt attend to meet members. running 2 businesses at night with under staff not much i can do. maybe next time.

I agree with the above mentioned idea that the auction could have fewer lots for more intense bidding but I really enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to the next one

Why don't we just use our membership cards and pin them on as they have our name and form names.cheers steve

Its been 2 days, And the meeting finished early..
Hell, Even I can tell you who the new CM's are and I didn't go.

But instead of me announcing, I think it should be someone from the committee, Don't you?

Not everyone can attend meetings, doesn't make you any less of a hobbyist if you don't. I'm not sure why asking who the new members are is such a big deal?

New committee are: chairman; Brett Brenchley (poncho) , vice chairman; James Keating (choombies) , treasurer; Brad Fitzsimmons (bradfitzy) , secretary ;Darryl Bourne (dazzabozza) , general committee; Scott Hooton (scottyhooton),Steven Green (stevegreen),Ray Bowden (bowdy), Sarah (sarah jayne), Christine (stormy) , Brenton (africafan)

A formal announcement will be made after the first committee meeting next week where we will be able to determine who is doing what eg librarian, species maintenance etc. The announcement can then include this information.

For the time being Scotty has listed the successful nominations above.
