Thanks, they are so erratic in their behaviour, one minute they are just hopping lethargically along the substrate, the next they are skimming the surface at a 1,000,000m/h. They are looking pretty happy about life, despite being in bags for roughly 60 hours.

Matty,

 

Got them from Bundaberg, Queensland but Quarantine didnt inspect them the morning they arrived in Perth so they were parked up at the airport an additional 24 hours on top of the usual delivery time. Not sure whos fault it was... It happens occasionally. Sometimes you can get them to send an inspector down to check them out later in the day, sometimes you cant, this time I couldn't.

Thats their life span, usually 1 year never more than 2 :-(

I have read that they can live up to 5 years but that particular article seemed to be somewhat contrary to the overwhelming majority of information available. I guess we will see.
