Looks good man I personally would have used a lot more silicon so the entire edge of glass touching the tank was sealed. Eliminate crap building up in those edges.

Bugger Bugger and bugger.... got to 10cm from the top, just about full and then drip drip drip... theres a tiny pin hole in the back corner! Not the end of the world but a pain. shouldnt be too hard to fix.. just use the left over resin to clog up the hole.. im going to recoat the entire back corner to be safe. now just need to empty the tank and dry it out to do that...

so so close....

Better it happen now then in the house. Might pay to give the whole thing another solid coat to be sure.

dont think the whole thing is going to need another coat, from what i can see at the moment its a really small airbubble in a corner thats done it .. so i might just fill it with silicone. But once its empty i will flip it and give it a good look over and if it needs another coat so be it..

but aside from that its worked out great.. the glass held up fine at 90% full aswell which i thought was were i would run into problems... apparently not

I have located the airbubble/hole that i think are causing the leak, dried it out and have injected some fast dry epoxy resin/glue into and over it, so hopefully round 2 will go better...
