Hi All,

I purchased a Resun SK-05 protein skimmer but im not happy with all the micro bubbles it pours into the water, so im looking for something else.

The tank is 45cm and 35L, so i only need something small.

Im considering a simple Air uplift type of skimmer, but may also invest in a tunze nano skimmer at the right price.

let me know what youve got

Dunno what your setup is but just so ya know if you go with the tunze nano skimmer it needs a constant water level to work otherwise its basically useless,

wish i had known that before spending the cash

If the only problem with your current skimmer is micro bubbles try putting a small sponge on the outlet that flows back into the tank...
I had the same problem with my skimmer when I had marines and that fixed the problem.
