Steve if you are interested in something other than liner send me a PM, I'm going to use it on the pond I'm working on atm. I may make a thread of the progress. Its a type of liquid rubber which has the ability to bridge gaps very well and has been used with huge success. I'll dig up the contact details.

i have started Pete , but just finished my busiest period at work , have had a bit of a tidy up and have used pavers to map out the shape of the pond.

it's a bit more complicated as the rest of my back yard will be built around the pond ( the outdoor kitchen , decking area )

main reason for the hold up is lack of funds.

to dark to take a pic now , will post one soon

Cheers

Ok , looks like the weather is going to be good for the next 4 weeks , i will start looking into plumbing and how it will laid out with waterfall etc.

can i get a show of hands who would be keen for a weekend dig/BBQ drinks day.

im in Southern River near Canning Vale , at this stage the weekend of the 14/15 November is looking pretty good.

anyone have a preference of which day would suit better??

i really appreciate the help guys , im still not full bottle on how we are going to do it but first of all i think we should shovel some sand

Who's keen??

Cheers

Stevey, whats happening... Looks like I jumped in to have a look at the pond section at the right time. If you want to see one of the ponds that I was involved in whilst working for Gary Sims, head down to Arcadia Waters Retirement Village (Maddington). We built a 180000L pond in there. Cray Season starts this weekend so I'm pretty booked, but if your still interested in some ideas in construction/filtration/electrical and automation give me your addy cos its been a few years since I been around. I will pop over sat arvo if your keen. Jeff
