Hey all, I know this is an American Cichlid, but are any parachromis motaguense in Australia? Or better Perth? Just curious,

Cheers, Tom

There were some available over a decade ago, haven't seen or heard of any in Australia in a very long time.

I think the closest your going to find readily available around these days are going to be Parachromis managuensis. ;)

Parachromis friedrichstahli is probably even a step closer. If you can source some "Xanthic' Freddies it is probably one step even closer to the RTM look.

Absolutely.

The Australian bloodline is actually well known for producing Xanthic animals. Actually much more common in Australian than overseas.

oh ok, cool. How much would it cost to import rtm's or haitiensis (if you could, not saying I'm doing it) into aus? If you have a rough idea

Cost depends on if you get caught or not as they are not an allowable import
