It has been cold in perth over the last 4 months. I have no doubt that this would kill any feral peacockbass. I would also find it hard to believe that would be actively feeding with these temperatures.

As you have 3 posts to your name and one of the first threads you have started is about how your local creek has peacockbass in it I'm going to call this for absolute BS.

I'll eat my hat if this is legit, and a pic of a pbass in a tank does not suffice.

Agreed with Alex on this one. Anyone can take pics of pbass in their tank and having 30 in your pond over winter is just laughable.

Give us a location of the lake and people can see for themselves

Is this that lake with all the Arapaima gigas and Xback arowana? I've been there once... I caught everything... RTC as big as small children... Red Arowana that I needed to wear sunglasses to look at. Just before I was about to leave I thought i'd throw one more bait out... to my amazement I pulled up a black diamond leopoldi!!! THEN..... I woke up

Brodybmx1 - To put it bluntly. I don't believe you. I don't care that you wont tell me where the lake is because, it doesn't exist.

Don't edit your posts mate, stand by what you say. Be a man, not a mouse.

Tone it down abit hey guys or Mods will lock it.
Id love to see a pic and no where the location of this lake if you wouldnt mind sharing Brodybmx1, otherwise i personally dont believe such a species could adapt and survive such as Peckolita has said.
