hmmm i cant really see the appeal for one of these... not very colourful or pretty and ginormously big.... unless you want one to dispose of the bodies az!!!  :ph34r:

 

amazon ones up top and asian goonch down bottom...

Man those goonches are cool. Johnno the bottom ones are Wels catfish, true monsters!

Who knows. I like the idea of them. Keysborough aquariums often have them 3-6k depending on quality.

 

they were actually albino barras.

found it under sea view aquariums in the classified.

 

none the less something different.

My old beast of a Wolf Cichlid (Parachromis Dovii). I decided he had outgrown my old 8x2x2ft tank when he got to 45cm long & gave him to a friend that has a 9x3x2.5ft tank. He's a very happy with his new bigger digs & happily decimated anything that is unlucky enough to get put in there with him.

A new dream fish for me........

a Siamese Tiger or Indo Datnoid, any dat really.

They are honestly the most interesting and rewarding animals I have ever owned.

I sat in front of the tank for a good hour last night feeding and watching my rays, instead of the Olympics haha.

Meh. The winter olympics  is just 48 different kinds of sliding, and rays are better at sliding :mellow:
