Unfortunately not, I had my camera taking 640x400 shots (instead of the largest 2200x1600, so I could crop). Mike (Noddy65) may have some pictures of his, that is if he wants to share.

Hi Ben,

I dont think Pacco would be able to tell 100% however there were a few fat ones that I would say to be females. 8-9cm is an understatement definately some at 10+cm.

Ben

There is about a half/half mix of sexes in there, it shouldn't be a problem to pick out 1 male and 3 females....as long as you get in before they all get sold of course wink.gif

Is this what a male trifasciata would look like?

And this a Rio Mamore?

I googled both but was getting pics of very different looking fish :?

Thanks

Jason

Remember they are in a bare quarantine tank and looking at my big ugly mug too wink.gif

We are hopefully getting in another freshwater quarantine shipment arriving Thursday week. (Cichlids and gouramis require 2 weeks quarantine, with catfish and other tropicals requiring 1 week.) I may post up some teaser pics if we get anything really nice in....

Hoping for some Bulu Point Tropheus and maybe some out of the ordinary Corys with this next shipment, but will depend what is available at the time.

Heh heh, you'd want to be happy with them Mike, given how long you've been bugging me for them laugh.gif

Cheers

Ive posted a pic on the photo forum. They are already fantastic looking fish and will only get better. Im pretty sure that one pair are about to spawn already. Ive posted some pics of what some nice, mature Apistos can look like...they are all my fish too.

Mike

Heres a pic...this is the actual fish from Vebas and will improve as they get older, these are still young fish.
Apistogramma 'rio mamore'

This pair spawned this morning...will see how the eggs go.

I am doing the order tonight (although I am still waiting on a Cory and Tropheus specials list). Definately trying to get in some Bulu Point Tropheus and probably some large Ikolas as well. It does depend a bit on what might be out of stock or not in good enough condition to send at the time. I will try to post up a quick list of some of the nicer things next Thursday night once I have seen them in the flesh.

Cheers
