From personal experiences in the past clown loaches and tandanus catfish are very good pest control for small snails. Note they both grow very large so be prepared for that.

I hope the sharks grow faster, but I fear they will eventually become food, I'm running off the old "if they grow up together, they'll live together" philosophy. But I will probably end up selling them before they become food. Overall plan was to get peacock bass, but I didn't want to risk the injury to my Leichardti I've always wanted one now that I do, I don't want anything to happen to him... Especially seeing as I bought the fish tank specifically for himWelcome to the forum. Your Lei is a cute little bugger. I wonder how long it will be a community tank for though.

200 still thinking about a show fish, was thinking a few discus and alot more plants.
As for the 800, the terracotta is temporary, I'm looking for a hollow wood feature for the centre and a couple of rocks... Fill in with plants accordingly.
