Where these from a store that buys off Aquarium Industries? Saw them on the stock list, pretty cool. Also, if they have eaten yet, what do they eat?

I've heard of fish that cost the earth but to sell your sole is a bit rich, plus they look like a drowned cockroach.

Is the pics your tank or the shops ????
Would be nice to see fine sand about 5mm thick.
80% light sand 20% dark sand mixed,,,,,,, creates best camouflage spangle markings.

Even though sold as fresh water species, I'm pretty certain as they mature, they need salt/brackish for proper health,,,
I think they live first short part of life in fresh water then move down stream into ocean areas.
Also pretty sure there is such thing as proper freshy soles,,, but hardly ever came into oz.

What size are they and what shop ???

That was a pic from the store I got them at, I've got em in a hexagon tank at home, just the 2 at this stage, I was going to use the tank for a blue ringed octopus but I saw these guys and fell in love!!

They are about 5-7cm at the moment but unfortunately I can't tell you the name of the store as its not a sponsor store, send me a PM I'm happy to point you in the right direction :)

Hope you got fine non sharp sand for them.
They aggressively shuffle themselves into sand,

Quite predatory to,,, little shrimp getting snatched would be a sight.
Insect nymphs like dragonflys or mayflys would be relished to.
