Are you here to learn and share? if you are i Applaud you...

are you here to share a wealth of experience that you have gained? then thankyou

are you here to learn and then demoralise newbies once you think you know enough to be considered experienced? then i condemn you!

this is a place where people should not be afraid to post or ask for advice and if you are sick of answering the questions why are you here?

i for one will never stop helping new people....

i am proud of the knowledge i have gained from this place... but i dont confuse pride with arrogance ! but i know some do...

if you need to take your meds before you answer questions then that might be better then slamming newbies :)

Are you here to learn and share? Yep sure am! Always good to learn new things. Even after I've kept many species over the years I love finding out something new.

are you here to share a wealth of experience that you have gained?
Sure, if it's helpful to anyone.

are you here to learn and then demoralise newbies once you think you know enough to be considered experienced?
Bahahahahaha it doesn't matter how experienced you are there is always something you don't know!

this is a place where people should not be afraid to post or ask for advice and if you are sick of answering the questions why are you here?
To share my experiences as a hobbyist & help the club where I can.
 :)

I hope you wanted me to answer the questions :)
Great topic.

i think it is easy to say that tcm but in reality you like to take the piss just the same as anyone else does once in a while...

education is more important to newbies... making sure they know how to search the forum correctly... i believe a person has a better chance of remembering information if they had to find it themselves rather than have someone tell them..... :)   so much good info on the end of a search :)

maybe something else to accompany their posts - big red flashing lights that says im new here dont take the piss outa me just yet... let me learn the ropes before the trolls destroy my confidence and i leave :)

if your guilty say " im sorry" below... and if your too proud say nothing :)

:poster_oops: im sorry :)
