They are nice the gouramis, their my daughters. I think one is really scared from the other tank smashing its resting on the bottom of the tank since it happened. :(

I heard the same with the ph level not mattering. I have a 200L drum I can use will see what happens.

I also have an RO water thing but it wast alot of water like 5x just to make 200L. THough might be easier and cheaper to try PH down.

Yeah the Co2 was on the discus tank but I ran out and then moved the plants to the smaller tank. Im going to move the plants back into the discus tank and see with a lower PH if they live better. They just seemed to die even with lights and CO2. Their alot greener now. Im away for a week when Im back Ill load some more pics of what the tanks are looking like these days.

Picked up a new tank yesterday to house the cichlids, 6 x 2 x 2 with a sweet LED remote system.

Also came with 3 big fish as well. Fish look much happier in the bigger tank, had them in a 70L tank last few weeks afer the accident. The pump got blocked after 2 weeks and the tank was full of fish crap, 70L tank was way too small for 20 baby cichlids.

Im hoping to get another 55 cichlids off gumtree this week fill the tank out a little more
