Hello,
I was planning to paint the back of my aquarium and went down to Bunnings for some advice ...
As you can probably guess, the advice on what would be a good paint to use that works on glass was not as helpful as one would hope. They said I'd need an undercoat but obviously that won't work, lol.
Can anyone here steer me in the right direction?
Paint

Mate my tank turned out just fine I used gloss enamel paint in a tin and applied it with a small roller in my garage with suprising little mess! Best lay down some newspaper just in case.
I prepped the galss surface by cleaning it thoroughly and then applied the ESP product (which I bought from Bunnings, I only shop there if I know exactly what I am after) which is essentialy the 'undercoat' makes the paint stick to glossy surfaces including glass. You cannot see it once applied.
Couple of pics to give you an idea of how I went about mine...

Cheap black spray paint or which ever color you choose. Give the glass a wash make sure there are no streaks and spray away.

Thanks for the offer Ronny but the petrol for my Soarer would end up being more than a tin of esp i reckon
