I ended up with the runts as I was selling off the aggressive bigger ones to save the smaller ones.

Most people who bought them were fine from what I know, but mine never did too well.

Didn't help they were such guzzlers. The amount of dead ones I found from 5cm ones choking to death from trying to eat a 4.5cm one and it getting caught in the throat.

The issue was because I was constantly scooping fish out of the tank for other buyers I had to keep it barren, so no hidey holes for the smaller ones.

You need to fill it with hidey holes and they should be fine.

And feed lots.

Fat bellies means no eating the ever so slightly smaller ones.

And now I have moved house, sold everything and changed to owning a boat and tow car instead.

Hence me not logging on here much very often.

But once we move into a new office for work I'm putting a 10x3x3 tank full of big Americans in reception. Then its a tax deduction too!

Nice work mate, I wouldn't mind giving it a crack still but Murray cod seem to be more and more difficult to source these days.

Nice boat mate! Why grow fish when you can catch em, way more fun!

You missed the season by a couple of months, you have to place your order in November for December shipment.

And they sell out quick.

If you still want some in November let me know.

Minimum order is 30, landed should be around $200-$250

If you order 100 they should be around $500 landed

Just missed the Mangrove Jack spawn too, they were $50ea @ 50mm, min order of 10 plus shipping.

Not really in the market for any of either yet. Just sold my mangrove jack so I've got a big empty tank.
