Catfish Id Please

I know its a lousy (phone) pic but could anyone please ID this fish for me? It's about 7 inches long. Looks to be in need of a good feeding up but otherwise, healthy enough.

That is a glass cat fish or kryptopterus bicirrhis.

You often see them in fish shops when they are 3cm or so and are almost completely transparent, like so:

How many do you own?
I have three myself, absolutely love them but unfortunately have to sell them.

Thanks Jackson.. I suspected so but wasn't sure whether it was, seeing as he wasn't see through. Didn't realise they aren't transparent anymore when they're adult. Interesting.

Only have the one. Saw him at a local pet store and he looked interesting. In a holding tank at the moment until I could work out who he could go with.

Yours is actually a different species to the 'transparent' glass catfish. But much the same fish. Pet magic generally stock both the above species I find.
