Smirq- that's awesome I'll look forward to seeing your journal. It might give me some ideas when I rescape my display.
Buccal- there is almost no pigmentation in the suspect albinos. Also more of a pink colour than the yellow in the rest.
Fronty- no probs I've worked out an easy way of posting pics so ill keep em coming.

What are the chances of having albinos and leucistic fry in the same spawn?

I actually thought you may have been seeing wrong.
But looking at that pic, it really does seem a mix of albino and leusistic's, what are the chances of both ?,,, spun out.

Yeah if all goes well and they survive I will be keeping them for as long as I can. It will be interesting to see how they turn out as full sized adult fish.

Wow they look cute. I know nothing about plecos apart from I have 2 bristlenoses that are trying to breed but with eggs being kicked out by inexperienced male. Does anyone want to swap a female for female or male for male BN to make better breeding pair. I think mine maybe siblings so would prefer not to inbreed them.

Yeah most are still kicking. Also have noticed one (maybe 2) that are very pale in colour. Kinda in between albino and standard.
