This thread got me interested, never really stopped to think which is my favourite fish I have ever kept. Went through my photo bucket account and there are so many favourites. Here are a couple of my favourite fish I have had over the years -

Awesome Alex, You just dont see those fish around anymore ;( I was lucky enough to see a few before they went away.

I see OLE TASTY in the BG in one of the pics :) I really should dig up that thread from years ago, Im sure many would enjoy it and get a giggle.

Yep, It certainly is. The dominate male out of 20 of them. I have split some up and put in the 4ft tank inside.

He trys to be bossy but the dominate Albino Dimi comp rules the tank. Crazy little bugger he is.
Even flares up at the 12cm L.fulleborni which is twice his size..

Thattt's a bit of a tongue twister haha!

oh Discus are beyond incredible!

what can you keep with discus?

Discus are usaully quite peaceful/gentle/docile, so you keep slower moving fish with them. Nothing Aggressive.

Tetras (Any variety), Rummy Nose and Cardinals seem best. Blue Rams, BNs, Apistos (what ever they're called), Cory Doras.

Any gentle schooling fish too.

Usaully the Discus are the 'hero' fish in the tank, so you keep 'dither' fish with them to fill out the tank and the other levels as Discus swim in the middle/upper of the tank.
