#352339 Who Ya Voting For

Yeah, but imagine if the greens or labour had their hands on the tiller. We would be showing the economic performance of Tassy.

I vote independent (or perhaps a 2nd for Berlusconi).

talking cannisters - bought astro 2212 from aquotix when they first came out... never had a problem with it...maintainence is a breeze - so easy to use - has a fill up bung on top of the cannister for super easy fill up so no bleeding hoses and cannister to get the air out... quiet and does its job... talking to olley at aquotix and he says hes sold heaps and heaps of them and none have come back... which leads you to believe they havent broken down and failed yet... cheap as chips too compared to other name brands...

only prob i had was the joiners supplied are such a tight fit when putting spray bar together... but have been advised since to just cut a small part off the hoses provided and use that....

overall cant fault it for the price....

This is exactly right.....got the 2212 also. Thing is bullet proof. Cheap spares, great flow (even with media in), minimal power consumption, easy maintenance, and local support from LFS is something goes wrong.

You get Ehiem performance at Aqua One price.

That's thrown a heron amongst the fishes, now the Dorkers have to win at least 2 of there last 3 and the Weevils need to win all 3 or else the Hawks will pounce.

BAHAHA.....

I always like 2 cannisters, even if they are smaller. That way there is some risk mitigation built in - when you want to clean one out & you are a bit too thorough, or if one breaks down, etc.

Yeah mate - just give people a chance. Posting at midnight and then wondering why no one has replied by 1am is not much of an opportunity.

Just chill for a bit...all good :)

"YES" or "NO" is a suitable answer if you donot wish to comment in full....

No - despite the framing of the question...... ;)

I've also had two Jager's the malfunction by staying on. Worst way to malfunction IMO. I currently run anything else.....

Perhaps remove one of your sponges and replace with some good ceramic media

Not looking to provoke any zealots from either POV, but this cartoon gave me reason to laugh in what has otherwise been a pretty lame day....

I think the point is clear though - if you can get IBC's that have not carried poisons and for cheaper, then it is surely a no brainer?

Honestly - I have had BN's, peps and other L's breed equally well and happily in both. It doesn't appear to matter - I would recommend just picking what you think looks good.

hmmm ... my interest level also doesn't quite justify perusing three such riveting documents.
