Lethrinops Albus have landed!! Yippeeee!
All are in great health, and scavenging the thin layer of substrate already! hehe biggrin.gif
The juvies look similar to Red Capuz but there's an awesome bluish tinge around their eyes.

As usual, will post pics when they've settled in and grown/coloured up abit.

BTW, I've got 100+ Yellow Collar fry now.. lol smile.gif

It is very nice! Have you located them here in Aus yet? Or still on the hunt? Do you know that they are even here?
Is this the last one or will there be more on the hit list? smile.gif

The "black fins" are indicating he's in breeding mood...usually they're orangy. wink.gif

No, not yet. There's actually 2 males that's displaying/dancing.. but no females are interested yet. They're still only "semi-adults" though, so I'll give them time. smile.gif

Good one Kev...that's awesome news mate...well done! Do the lethrinus grow biggish like the red capuz or are they a smaller specimen like the yellow collars? Are you the only one breeding this variety in Perth? Laters mate. Danny

Thanks mate. I'd say the size is in between Red Capuz and Yellow Collars. No, I'm not the only one breeding them in Perth. I brought in a colony of 20 a few months ago. I kept 12 and shared the remaining 8 with another member. The member called me last week and said his were holding. So.. great news for the local hobby! Very soon, there'll be enough around to be shared by all! hehe! biggrin.gif
