So I had to repair and fault correct some X-ray equipment today and the only thing apart from furniture (and my iPhone-made this mistake once) I had to test the equipment was the dead fish in the freezer.

Who can guess the Lake and for bonus points the species of these two.  A cause of death would be also awesome :)

Mike, winner on one of them.  Malawi ; Aulonocara Firefish

Second definitely isn't a Chilotilapia Rhoadesii, they are taller in the head than the X-ray specimen.  Chilotilapia Rhoadesii is also my favorite cichlid so I'd cry if it was a Chilotilapia Rhoadesii.

Still up for identification.

Ye Malawi’s definitely win the colour contest between the 2 , however the diversity in body shapes and behaviours in tangs what sold me onto them
