he has a orangey tinge to him also a light blue purple tinge is bottom fins have black outline he has a blue spot on his gill he also has 3 yellow dots on his back bottom fins sorry about poor description and iphone photos.

Larger pics if u can Tommo.

I can faintly make out Metriaclima estherae and fuelleborni but can't be totally sure.

ill charge the slr battery and get some quality pics for tomorrow

daz hes not as bright yellow as those more of a mixture of orangey light blue kinda thing at times looks part hongii

Fuelleborni & trewavasae can show those traits. In the pic it looks it has a "snub nose" too which both those species get. From the height of the fish it looks more like fuelleborni.

i'd say a trewavasae, as it looks to long a snout for a fuellibourni.

Definitely not an albino. Agreed looks like a trewavasae, maybe a sub dominate male, the dominant males have great colour. Value? Not too sure havent been buying many cichlids lately, depends on the size, $10 or so? When I had them few years back bought a trio for something like $50.
