Hello to all the forum members!
I am Jack and I am new to the forum. Been browsing this forum for a while and decided to become a member. Its Great to be apart of the forum and to know more abt how Local fish keepers interact. I am an african cichlid fan and currently keeping and breeding both Malawian and Tanganyikan Cichlids. I find the forum informative and I am sure it is a benificial tool for all cichlid keepers.

Hey mate welcome. What particular fish are you keeping.

Thanks. Too much to list. Various Malawi mbunas, peacocks and Haps. I have 2 display tanks, Malawi and Tanganyikan, and 2 breeding tanks and of course some grow out tanks. I am currently breeding Tropheus sp. black 'pemba' and electric yellow and a few other Malawian. I have a colony of 18 7 bar frontosa, 7 Golden Compressciceps, 7 black Calvus, 7 O.ventralis(Kambwimba) and 6 Golden Occies in my Tanganyikan display tank. I will remove the black calvus as they get older and breed them in a separate tank by themselves to avoid possible crossbreeding. I will try to post some pics later. And u? What r u keeping atm?

Yeah the meetings are always at the hall in south Perth on the first Tuesday of each month. However there will not be a meeting in January. the committee is taking a deserved break.

We have 4 auctions per year and 7 regular meetings. January is always the month without a meet.
Auctions are generally in March, June, September and December.
