I have a (in my opinion) very nice looking adult L397 around 10-12cm. I'm wondering what adults go for these days? I don't know whether to sell him/her before I move or keep him/her and maybe get some more.

Thanks.

pairs have been selling for as low as 250 bucks... but thats a crap economy and desperate people... if yours are top quality colour and pattern wise i would be asking closer to $500 for a pair or keep them... do you have fry to prove they are breeding? that will help sell them...

I wouldn't sell for less than $200 for a high quality Adult, if you have a picture, as its a good quality female I would pay $200 all day long.

Thanks, yes it's only one, unsure of sex but I have now learned what to look for so I'll have a look. I'll try and get a photo of it when I do a waterchange next.

males arent worth much - females are worth 70-80% of a pair cost :)

Managed to grab a nice pic tonight. Size I reckon is about 8-10cm head to tail. From the mouth shape I think it's a male, but there are no spikes on the fins....
