A beautiful species that looks sensational in a tropical community aquarium. Sometimes they can be nippy toward long flowing fin species, but I have only seen this on a couple of occasions.
I find them more active at higher Temps around 27-28c.
Make sure to keep them in school, they more comfortable in schools and will be at their color.
Not fussy about water conditions.
pH - 6 - 7.2
GH - 50 - 150ppm
Temp - 24 - 28c

A tank full of Rasboras is a sight to be seen, a species that is commonly overlooked and should be given thought for a tropical community.
