Scientific Name: Copadichromis borleyi 'Mara Rock'
Pronunciation: Co-pad-e-chro-mis bore-lee-eye
Trade Name(s): Mara Rock
Distribution: Found at most rocky areas around Mara Rock
Habitat: Rocky & sandy areas
Diet: Invertebrates, plants, algae, fry & plankton
Sexing: Males have a blue head with a yellow/orange body.
Females are silver with yellow fins.
Maximum Size: 15cm
Temperature: 24 to 26c
pH: 7.5 to 9.0
Water Hardness: 300-400ppm
Availability: Rarely Available in Oz.
Comments: One of the more peaceful cichlids when not in breeding.
