Hi everyone my name is Lex I am 13 years old and got my fist tank at 10 years of age, it was a Biggn' at 140 Litres, I saw cichlids as a colourful and easy to maintain option and they are, my aggression was the main problem, annoying me to no end , I had many fish dying (rouge red empress male) one day I finally snapped, October 2014 I then changed to a community tank, but they were poo poo, I lost $280 to an ammonia spike, I then though of breeding cichlids, I bought a group of 12 German Imported Ngara flametails (red variant) at about 10cm, some more, some less, this had caused much disruption as people started to doubt me with the aggression, funny thing is on the 7th of Feb this year I got my first holding female, so if anyone is interested you may buy some fry around the $15 mark as they are german F1 fish, sadly I have no evidence so believe me orbit but that's my story!

Yes I am doing a %40 weekly water change to keep the water perfect!

I can confirm your fish are German import ngara red variant. I will have the invoice from the original purchase from Aquarium industries or Bay fish (can't remember who from, but not hard to track down).

Sorry for some reason the female has dropped or eaten the eggs I think it was my little bro trying to look so he used a net, and reasons why she would drop? We did a water change!
