How many times are year do your goldfish in the ponds spawn?
I was thinking about stocking one of my large ponds with gold fish so i could use them for feeders.

I think they only breed through spring.

yep once a year when the water temperature rises....

they can be induced to breed 2-3 times a year with clever controlling of their environment....
but IMO isnt necessary as goldfish lay massive amounts of eggs.... just get the adults out once the eggs are laid and make sure there's plenty of green stuff growing in your pond for the fry to feed on
