WCMM's are a very peaceful communality species that will handle a range of temps and pH's.
I have seen people keep them outside in Tasmania and they will breed in those temps.
I have also seen people keep them in Discus tank, although I don't recommend this as they are a cooler water species.
There is a long fin variety which IMO looks awesome compared to the normal variety but commands a high price.
When settled they will color up quite nicely and will make a nice addition to your community aquarium.
