So I've got myself a new tank, a 2x2x18 from another member, which is going to be my mini reef tank coz I miss having loads of corals. Anyway in true north v south action I've all ready told Gareth that "of course my tank will look heaps cooler than yours" so in the next few days I'll post some pics of me new tank for you to have a gander at smile.gif

It's on Gareth!!

Cheers
Rigs

Oh it's on Gareth!! Picked up 35kg of live rock yesterday for da new tank smile.gif your goin down!!

Just for you Simon, some specs.

No sump this time coz I'm goin for minimum power, I'm running my red sea X2 turbo skimmer, 1 70w MH lamp with 10,000K globe, 1 x 42 led blue lamp (it's on in the pic above), 2 x hydor koralia 6000lt/hr wave makers.. Sitting underneath is a smaller tub with my dosing tray and RO water, got this hooked up to a float valve attatched to a 6w 1000lt/hr pump sitting in the tub, it's on a relief valve so there is constant flow to the valve but also circulates the water in the tub smile.gif I think that's it but if I think of anything else I'll add it on the list smile.gif
