LOT list updated!!!

We have already 141 lots booked, which means that there are only 9 spots left. We are not going over 150 lots or there could be a chance that the auction would go til too late... so be quick and send me your last lots and i'll try to fit them in!

Lot list updated and booking is (unofficially) CLOSED!

We have already overbooking, and we are up to 160 lots.

I've messaged some of you and asked to combine some of your lots.
If you haven't received my pm, but you still think you can remove/combine some of the lots you have put in, please pm me, so I can still try and fit those who have pm'd me too late.

Please check your lots and let me know if they are all there. I've put all the lots I've received up to today.

As you can all see, there's a lot of DONATION lots this time!!!

So I would like to quickly THANK all of those who have donated lots:

Poncho, Bostave, Maaxim, Chen, Waruna (NLS),Stormfyre,Terry, mac, dicky7, Jason82

THANK YOU so much for all your donations!

I'll officially close booking on Saturday at 7pm, in case someone removes some lots and there's still something very cool or rare that we can add to the list.

Okay everyone, booking is OFFICIALLY Closed!

PDF file of the lot list is attached on the first post of this topic- under the lot list!

Thanks to the people that have combined some lots , there's 152 lots for the night. A lot of interesting species and lots, it's going to be a great night. Come ready to bid hard!

Please remember that PCS accepts Cash and Eft, we should have a quicker way of paying this time.

See you all there!

See you tomorrow night everyone!

Just a reminder to everyone who has put lots in:
You need to be at the hall between 7.15 to 7.45 to have your lots checked out and labeled.

Late entries will not be accepted, not because we are a$$e$, only because we want to run a smooth auction so everyone has got time to view the lots from 7.45 to 8.00 and then we can start :) ... And also finish early, since we all have got work the day after!

Committee will be there from 7.00pm to set up the hall... Any helpers is very welcome!! :P

The auction night was a huge success.

Thanks to those who attended and those helped out on the night. Special thanks to those helping in the kitchen as the food was awesome.

Bidding was done at 10:35pm and we managed to raise some good funding for the club.

We raised some serious funding for Stuart Grant Preservation Fund at this auction and that is what PCS is all about.

Thank you to those folks who donated lots for cichlid preservation in the Rift Lakes. Looking forward to Mattia's next update.

I got a few things....... Anyone know much about Rainbow Cichlids?

Was a good night. Enjoyed chatting to some familiar faces, as well as meeting a couple of members for the first time. There were a lot of new faces there last night, which is encouraging to see.

I can't believe how cheap the cichlids sell for. There was some fierce bidding on fancy guppies and MTW's (expensive feeders)

I ended up buying 8 or 9 lots by the end of the night. I finally got a rare plant I have wanted for ages too.

Well I'm stoked. Was going to miss it due to work but got out early and raced up only 40 minutes after auction started. I got an absolute bargain - 6 Cichlasoma bocourti or the golden mojarra. Love these fish.

Great to see some faces returning and a heap of first time auction goers too. My hat goes off to Rov who bravely fought through a cold and auctioneered the first half of the night. Gotta work on that reverse bidding though mate ;)

Also interested to see who got them. Also, who got the Tramitichromis Intermedius?
