We are pleased to announce that the speaker for our Oct meeting is Pat, the owner of Veba's.

Regarded by many as the Guru of the hobby, Pat will be answering all your questions regarding "Dry Goods", which includes Canister Filters, Internal Filters, Heaters, UV Filters, Lighting etc.

Looking through the PCS Forums there are always questions being asked about certain products, so if you have a particular question or query you would like answered this meeting is for you.

Please feel free to suggest topics/questions that you would like discussed or answered, here.

Is there any data to suggest that UV sterilisers are benfecial in marine aquaria? (sorry its not cichlid based)

I think the difference in manufacturing and material between Eheim canisters and other brands, same for heaters (manual vs electronic switch, glass vs plastic vs steel) would be good to know.
