whats an easy inexpensive way to mold something? i thought about fiber glass...

Modelling clay bro! Then if you find a good craft shop they can fire it for you too!! The other option is making a latex negative of whatever you have then use plaster of Paris to make the positive smile.gif

It would be good if you can get it to work. Good luck. The other thing you could do is put little holes in with more weight all the way along the branches, silicon them in then repaint and reseal
