Hey guys,
been lurking for a while now figured i'd sign up and get active. don't know what else to say but hey, i'm matt. i'm in the process of creating my tropheus tank smile.gif.

i had a couple of questions in regards to the club.
first of all, do i need to attend a meeting with someone who is already a member? i ask because i don't know any members yet.
secondly, what is a ticket so to speak going to cost me to attend a meeting?

thanks for reading.

Hi matt, welcome to PCS.

Tropheus, nice choice. What species in particular, or a few of each as a display?

Meetings are free mate, and all you have to rock up there smile.gif
Everyones friendly there and you'll be made most welcome.

Hope to see you there.

That's a good question. We have 15 assorted. There juvenile's at about 2.5cm no colour just yet. And I am unable to identify them. I've kind of taken pity on them as I know there not going to sell at that size with no color visible. I have the spare tank at home so I figured why not ill take the lot and set up a display with luck of the draw.
As they grow and colour up expect a few identification post haha.
Yeah I'll be at the meeting on tuesday. Looking forward to learning a bit smile.gif

Definetly great to meet everyone and there's always another meeting to talk to everyone.
Pics of the trophs will come when they start to show colour.

tongue.gif I'll do it on Friday. Noticing more and more colour each day and I reckon by then they should be possible to identify.

Yeah I've fallen in love with the tropheus but I am hesitant about keeping them stocked at work. Just because I'm not in everyday and they require a bit more knowledge then your average fish with there particular diets and there susceptiblity to bloat. Besides still learning myself but on the other hand if I knew everything about fish I'd be wanting a higher salary.
I swear there showing more colour and personality everyday haha.

If you do come into my work feel free to pick holes in anything. Can always use some knowledgeable advice smile.gif. Finding and charging the camera tonight should have pictures tommorow if I get the time.

Edit: Spelling Mistake
