I think you'll find it next to impossible to fit a viewing window in a round tub. Get a big cube!! :)

No because you don't have any flat spots on a circle so you would either have to curve the perspex or glass, the easier option would be rectangular and you can fit a larger viewing window

You can fit port holes on round tanks. The size is determined by the diameter of the tank.

Maybe possible on both depending on size and the thickness.

Found this link if it helps?

I think you'll find getting the radius right for a curved viewing panel is going to be tricky, not impossible but tricky and if you haven't got the correct curve you'll end up with leaks

Cut perspex to size
Lay tank on its side
Mark where window is going
Heat perspex in oven till flexible
Sit on side of tank till it's cool
Cut hole to suit

Where is the tricky part?

Round tanks are better than square, you can easily create vortex flow for easy crap removal.

Yeah but chAnces are I can only get the round one in blue .., but the rectangular one is made in black... If I want a special colour of the round one I may have to pay full price cause we make two for every time we cook it then it's cut in half to make two tanks :$

PowPow
Because there is already a number of them made sitting there waiting for the next order

PowPow

Blues better anyway, black would be to dark for a tub.

On second thought pink would suit you better, that way the black and blue fish will pop but at the end of the day it's your decision. Let's hope you make the right one.
