My phone screen was broken. Possible to pull off the data from the device? It is Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

Not me - just found something called Telstra air so can use the iPhone (laptops still dead).

Was it locked or screen open?

What happens when you plug it into a laptop / PC using a USB cable, contents browsable?

completed broken.

 

What happens when you plug it into a laptop / PC using a USB cable, contents browsable?

the computer can't detect the device.
