One of the most popular Tropical community species, they can come in array of colors.
I have seen Angels be very peaceful in a community aquarium, but on the other hand I have heard stories of people keeping them in their tanks and them destroying all small species like Tetras etc.
When they breed they will become very territorial.
They will also chase and nip at long fins, so avoid Siamese fighters, guppies etc.
Water conditions for normal keeping are pretty basic.
pH - 7.0
GH - 50 - 150pm
Temp - 24 - 30c
Angels look much better (IMO) in blackwater aquariums, adding Blackwater extract will bring their colors out.
