well the person that entered the fish into the auction (the fish that are going in it) said black would be better suited for making there colour "POP"

finally got my polly tub home today measurents from inside not including edging are 235cmx122cmx47cm going to be building a support frame for it and also wondering what to sort out to put it on??? cement blocks? any suggestions?

I know buccal was using jarrah timbers to build the frames for ponds in the past.

as for the Malawi trout Q, Im not sure, they are from areas of the world, but I seen some real bizzare fish combinations work in the past.

For the base have a look at pallets (wooden or plastic) if you want a base. What's the purpose of the frame? Rigidity, stop bowing?

Treated Pine isn't all that expensive and will weather well.

If it's one of them free standing poly tubs then it shouldn't need any support, they only recommend supporting the fibre glass ones because they are meant to go in the ground.
