Hello I'm not sure what this fish is called but seems to have developed what looks like bruises. Also in the tank are yoyo loaches and guppies anyone know what it might be please

I don't think I have ever seen anything like that. Will be interested in what others think.

Do you think it is a pigment colour change or something like an infection?

Its likely a blended genetics CAE. Very common as the golden ones "peel" for them to be spotty.  Others have true "clown" style pigments, this pied style OB genetics results in changing pigmentation through out their lives. This can be very frustrating as high level betta and goldfish producers know only too well.
